• The prices are given in Euro per unit or per bottle (including VAT)
• Online prices and items may be dated but the webmaster will do his utmost to keep them up to date
• Prices included in the last-published price list replace all previous prices
• We confirm every online order by return mail
• In the case of an order being cancelled, the seller has a right to 20% of the net amount as compensation for the loss incurred
• For orders from abroad, the terms of delivery are determined in mutual consultation per order. Supply takes place subsequent to acceptance of the order for as long as stocks last. Supplies take place subsequent to telephone or electronic arrangements. Should we, subsequent to arrangements, be unable to deliver due to absence or lack of
  cash payment, the kilometres travelled will be charged in total at 0.45 Euro/km
  

• Payment for the goods is cash on delivery, save where alternatively agreed
• Interest of 1% per month from the date of the invoice becomes legally payable on each unpaid invoice on its due date and without notice. In case of non-payment within 8 days after written notice, additional fixed damages of 20% of the amount due become payable, with a minimum of 24.79 Euro.

• Unless otherwise agreed, payment is C.O.D.
• It must be checked at receipt that the delivery is in accordance with the order. In case of any dispute the Brussels
  law courts have jurisdiction, depending on the amount of the claim. Any complaint whatsoever about a delivery should be made in writing to the seller within 8 working days after receipt of the goods and before being consumed
• The seller is not responsible for the goods, neither during transport thereof nor at its delivery
• Transport tariffs are set out in the next clause

4. Forwarding costs

For all orders to be delivered in Belgium and below 300 € we charge 15,50 € VAT incl.

5. Disputes

Possible disputes are to be settled in the Courts of Law in Brussels.
